The method comprises the steps that the elevator is in communication connection with an elevator auxiliary module, the elevator auxiliary module is connected with a cloud server, and the cloud server is connected with a remote control terminal; according to the technical scheme, the real-time state data of the elevator are sent to the remote control end, the operation instruction of the remote control end is sent to the elevator, in the scheme, the system structure of the elevator is not changed, only the main control board of the elevator needs to be in communication connection with the elevator auxiliary module, and the operation can be achieved. According to the invention, a plurality of users can simultaneously realize real-time control of new and old elevators of any brand through a remote control terminal, such as a mobile phone, so that the common public can take the elevator without touching elevator keys and only by moving own mobile phone, and the health and epidemic prevention level of the public is improved.

    本发明涉及一种实现多端同时与电梯实时远程通信的系统及方法,应用于电梯远程通信技术领域中,包括:通过将电梯与电梯辅助模块通信连接,将电梯辅助模块与云端服务器连接,将云端服务器与远程控制端连接,实现将电梯的实时状态数据发送给远程控制端,并将远程控制端的操作指令发送给电梯的目的,且上述方案中,并没有改变电梯本身的系统结构,仅仅只需要将电梯的主控制板与电梯辅助模块通信连接即可实现,使得多个用户可以同时通过远程控制端,比如用手机实现对任何品牌的新旧电梯的实时控制,实现普通公众不接触电梯按键、只动动自己的手机就可乘用电梯的功能,提高公众的卫生防疫水平。
