The invention relates to the technical field of thin-film capacitors, in particular to a new energy automobile thin-film capacitor, a temperature protection method, a vehicle and a storage medium. A first temperature sensor is arranged in a core of a thin-film capacitor body, and a second temperature sensor and a third temperature sensor are arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the thin-film capacitor body respectively; a fourth temperature sensor and a fifth temperature sensor are respectively arranged on the left and right sides of the bottom of the thin-film capacitor body, a sixth temperature sensor is arranged on a capacitor input terminal, and a seventh temperature sensor is arranged on a capacitor output terminal; and each sensor is electrically connected with the same motor controller. Through arrangement of the sensors at different parts, temperature signals are transmitted to the control module of the motor controller in real time, the control module judges and carries out graded temperature protection according to the real-time temperature value and the temperature change rate information, and the temperature fault grade is sent to the vehicle controller; and the vehicle controller adopts different processing methods according to different vehicle working conditions so as to protect the safety of the vehicle and personnel to the greatest extent.

    本发明涉及薄膜电容技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车薄膜电容、温度保护方法、车辆及存储介质,薄膜电容本体的芯子内部设第一温度传感器,薄膜电容本体的顶部左右两侧分别设第二温度传感器和第三温度传感器,薄膜电容本体的底部左右两侧分别设第四温度传感器和第五温度传感器,电容输入端子设第六温度传感器,电容输出端子设第七温度传感器;各个传感器均电连接有同一个电机控制器。本发明通过不同部位传感器的布置,将温度信号实时传递给电机控制器的控制模块,控制模块根据实时温度值和温度变化率信息判断并进行分级温度保护,将温度故障等级发送给车辆控制器,车辆控制器根据不同的车辆工况采用不同的处理方法,以最大程度地保护汽车和人员安全。
