The invention discloses a use and maintenance method for an unmanned aerial vehicle shelter, which is used for releasing and recovering an unmanned aerial vehicle and maintaining related equipment, and the use and maintenance method comprises the following steps: step 1, charging energy and debugging related basic functions; step 2, carrying and simulation flying debugging; step 3, remotely controlling to complete flying of the unmanned aerial vehicle; 4, recycling of the unmanned aerial vehicle is completed through remote control; 5, battery replacement of the unmanned aerial vehicle is autonomously completed; step 6, alternately releasing and recovering the unmanned aerial vehicle; the unmanned aerial vehicle remote control system can be carried by a vehicle for use, an operator can control the unmanned aerial vehicle by amplifying a remote control data signal through an unmanned aerial vehicle square cabin, so that the unmanned aerial vehicle can fly farther, and the operator can arrive nearby a landing site of the unmanned aerial vehicle in advance through the vehicle; therefore, the working duration and the working distance of the unmanned aerial vehicle are greatly increased, and compared with a traditional operation mode, the working efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is higher.
