The invention provides a rail transit signal simulation test system and method, electronic equipment and a storage medium, the system comprises a first simulation module and a second simulation module, the first simulation module comprises simulation trackside equipment, a simulation axle counting system and a simulation sensing system; the simulation trackside equipment is used for generating trackside equipment state information through the simulation trackside equipment; the simulation axle counting system is used for acquiring axle counting system state information through the simulation axle counting system, and the axle counting system state information is used for testing the full-electronic interlocking host; the simulation sensing system is used for generating sensing information through sensing equipment of the simulation vehicle-to-vehicle communication system, and the sensing information is used for testing a vehicle-mounted system; and the second simulation module is used for generating relay state information by simulating a relay of the full-electronic interlocking system, and the relay state information is used for testing the object controller OC. According to the invention, various scenes suitable for indoor testing can be simulated, and various functions of a full-electronic interlocking system and a vehicle-to-vehicle communication system can be tested.
