The invention discloses an oil level display device and method and a range machine. The oil level display device comprises a liquid level switch used for monitoring the oil level at a fixed point, an oil floating liquid level meter used for measuring the oil level interval, a centralized filling panel used for filling and an indicator lamp. The oil tank is fixed on the engineering machinery vehicle; a high hole, a middle hole and a low hole are formed in the side surface of the oil tank; the liquid level switch is inserted and fixed from high-position and middle-position holes of the oil tank; the bolt and the gasket penetrate through the oil floating liquid level meter and the sealing ring and are inserted and fixed from a low-position hole in the side surface of the oil tank; an oil filling head is assembled on the concentrated filling panel, one end of an oil filling pipe is connected with an oil filling port of the concentrated filling panel, and the other end of the oil filling pipe is connected with an oil tank; the indicating lamp is fixed on the concentrated filling panel and can ascend and descend along with the concentrated filling panel. When a single maintainer carries out filling, the maintainer does not need to stare at a display screen in a cab, and the oil can be filled to the designated height by the single maintainer. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of low cost, convenience in use, high reliability and the like.

    本发明公开了一种油位显示装置、方法及程机械,包括用于定点监测油位的液位开关、可用于进行油位区间测量的油浮液位计、用于加注的集中加注面板和指示灯;油箱固定在工程机械车上;油箱侧面开有高、中、低三个孔;液位开关从油箱高位、中位孔插入并固定;螺栓、垫圈穿过油浮液位计及密封圈从油箱侧面低位孔插入并固定;集中加注面板上装配油液加注头,油液加注管一端与集中加注面板油液加注口连接,另一端与油箱连接;指示灯固定在集中加注面板上,可随集中加注面板同时升降。当单个维保人员进行加注时,无需在驾驶室紧盯显示屏,由单人即可完成油液加注到指定高度。同时该方法成本低廉,使用方便,具有可靠性高等优点。
