The invention relates to a zone area electric vehicle coordinated regulation and control method and system based on robust predictive control, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the modeling of the related characteristics of an electric vehicle in a zone area through reading the basic power load and photovoltaic power generation data of the zone area, obtaining the prediction data of the electric vehicle, and obtaining the error online and offline of the prediction data; whether the electric vehicles participate in regulation or not is judged, and a robust optimization scheduling model is established for economic scheduling according to the uncertainty of photovoltaic output and charging and discharging power of the electric vehicles; and finally, outputting an optimal charging and discharging strategy according to an economic dispatching result. According to the zone area electric vehicle coordinated regulation and control strategy based on robust predictive control, a robust optimization economical efficiency scheduling model is established for the problem of uncertainty of photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicle charging and discharging power, the economical efficiency and robustness of the scheduling strategy are comprehensively considered, reference is provided for electric power system operation personnel, and the economic benefit of the electric power system operation personnel is improved. And the operation safety and stability of the power system are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及基于鲁棒预测控制的台区电动汽车协调调控方法及系统,通过读取台区的基本电力负荷和光伏发电数据,对台区内电动汽车相关特性进行建模,得到电动汽车的预测数据,并且得到预测数据的误差上下线;判断台区内电动汽车是否参与调控,以及光伏出力和电动汽车充放电功率的不确定性建立鲁棒优化调度模型进行经济调度;最终根据经济调度结果输出充放电最优策略。本发明基于鲁棒预测控制的台区电动汽车协调调控策略,针对光伏发电和电动汽车充放电功率的不确定性问题,建立了鲁棒优化经济性调度模型,综合考虑了调度策略的经济性和鲁棒性,为电力系统运行人员提供了参考,有效提高了电力系统运行的安全性和稳定性。
