The composition is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of natural rubber, 10 to 20 parts of TPI, 20 to 30 parts of SBR, 0.5 to 4 parts of aramid short fiber, 2 to 8 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 40 to 60 parts of carbon black, 5 to 10 parts of white carbon black, 1 to 10 parts of activating agent, 1 to 5 parts of anti-aging agent, 1 to 3 parts of microcrystalline wax and 1 to 5 parts of vulcanizing agent. The aramid short fibers and the epoxidized soybean oil are pre-dispersed to prepare the aramid short fiber pre-dispersed suspended matter, then the raw rubber is added to prepare the aramid short fiber master batch, and the natural rubber, the butadiene-styrene rubber and the gutta-percha are used in the raw rubber to reduce tire heat generation, so that the prepared tread rubber compound has the advantages of high modulus, cutting resistance, low abrasion, high wear resistance and the like. And the service life of the tire is greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及橡胶轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种耐切割的矿山胎胎面胶组合物、制备方法、应用和轮胎。其组合物按重量份数计由如下重量份的材料组成:天然橡胶50~70份,TPI 10~20份,SBR 20~30份,芳纶短纤维一般使用份数在0.5~4份,环氧大豆油2~8份,炭黑40~60份,白炭黑5~10份,活化剂1~10份,防老剂1~5份,微晶蜡1~3份,硫化剂1~5份。本发明通过先将芳纶短纤维和环氧大豆油进行预分散制成芳纶短纤维预分散悬浮物,然后再加入生胶制成芳纶短纤维母胶,在生胶中使用天然胶、丁苯胶和杜仲胶并用,以降低轮胎生热,由此制得的胎面胶复合物具有高模量,抗切割,低磨耗,低生热的特点,大大延长轮胎的使用寿命。
