The invention provides a circuit breaker mounting device which comprises a supporting device, a cross rod and a switch, the cross rod is connected with the supporting device, one end of the cross rod is connected with a pulley, the other end of the cross rod is connected with a motor, the motor is connected with a steel wire rope, the steel wire rope penetrates through the pulley, the steel wire rope penetrating through the pulley is connected with a hook, the hook is connected with a circuit breaker, and the switch is connected with the motor. The switch is used for driving the motor to move the steel wire rope connected with the hook. The motor is turned on through the switch, the motor operates to drive the steel wire rope to move, the steel wire rope penetrating through the pulley can also move, the circuit breaker connected with the hook can be driven to move so that the circuit breaker can be lifted, after the circuit breaker is placed at a designated position, the switch is turned off, the circuit breaker can fall to the designated position, and therefore installation of the circuit breaker is achieved.
