The invention discloses a nuclear power plant positioning pin underwater replacement robot which comprises a box body, a rotary moving mechanism arranged at the upper end of the box body, a positioning mechanism arranged at the upper end of the rotary moving mechanism and an executing mechanism connected with the positioning mechanism and used for replacing a positioning pin. The rotary moving mechanism is used for driving the positioning mechanism and the executing mechanism to move in the X-axis direction or the Y-axis direction or rotate, and the executing mechanism comprises a cutting-off assembly, a punching assembly, a pin installing assembly, a tightening assembly and a welding assembly. According to the underwater replacement robot for the positioning pin of the nuclear power plant, the position of the executing mechanism can be adjusted through the rotary moving mechanism, and the executing mechanism can achieve the working procedures of old positioning pin cutting, positioning pin center hole punching, new positioning pin installation, new positioning pin nut screwing, new positioning pin and nut spot welding and the like, so that positioning pin replacement is achieved; workers do not need to enter underwater in the operation process, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the workers can be prevented from being affected by radiation in the maintenance process.

    本发明公开一种核电厂定位销水下更换机器人,其包括箱体、设于箱体上端的旋转移动机构、设于旋转移动机构上端的定位机构以及与定位机构连接用于更换定位销的执行机构,该旋转移动机构用于带动定位机构以及执行机构进行X轴方向移动、Y轴方向移动或者旋转运动,该执行机构包括切断组件、打孔组件、装销组件、拧紧组件以及焊接组件。该核电厂定位销水下更换机器人能通过旋转移动机构调整该执行机构的位置,且该执行机构能实现切割旧定位销、定位销打中心孔、新定位销安装、新定位销螺母拧紧以及新定位销与螺母点焊等工序、以实现定位销更换,操作过程中不需要工作人员进入水下,提高了作业效率,且可防止工作人员在检修的过程中受到辐射的影响。
