The invention discloses a method for assembling a radial pre-compression joint and a rotating arm assembly. The method comprises the steps that a joint mounting ring body at the end of a rotating arm body is divided into two joint mounting semicircular bodies; during assembly, the radial pre-compression node is placed between the two node mounting semicircular bodies, and then the two node mounting semicircular bodies are locked and connected together by using the connecting piece, so that the radial pre-compression node is clamped by using the two node mounting semicircular bodies, and the radial pre-compression node is radially pre-compressed and is connected with the rotating arm body. A traditional press-fitting assembling method is replaced, various problems existing in press-fitting procedure steps do not need to be considered, the joint can be conveniently and rapidly installed, radial pre-compression of the joint and connection between the joint and the rotating arm assembly are simply, conveniently and rapidly achieved, and therefore the assembling time is shortened, and the assembling difficulty is reduced; in addition, the problem of abrasion between the joint and the rotating arm assembly in the press-fitting process is solved, and the service life of a product is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种径向预压缩节点与转臂组件之间的装配方法,其是将转臂体端部的节点安装环体分割成两个节点安装半圆体;装配时,将径向预压缩节点放置在两个节点安装半圆体之间,再利用连接件将两个节点安装半圆体锁紧连接在一起,从而利用两个节点安装半圆体夹紧径向预压缩节点,对径向预压缩节点实现径向预压缩及与转臂体的连接。本发明替代了传统的压装装配方法,无需考虑压装工序步骤中存在的各种问题,能方便快捷的对节点进行安装,简便快捷的实现了节点的径向预压缩以及实现了节点与转臂组件之间的连接,从而缩短了装配的时间,降低了装配的难度;另外,不会出现压装过程中节点与转臂组件之间的磨损问题,提高了产品的使用寿命。
