The invention discloses a transmission mechanism and a lifting device. The mechanism comprises a base, a sliding piece arranged on the base in a sliding mode, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a driving assembly. The Z direction is perpendicular to the plane where the base is located, the X direction is consistent with the driving direction of the driving assembly, and the Y direction is perpendicular to the Z direction and the X direction at the same time. The first connecting piece comprises a connecting end and a spherical end, and the connecting end is rotationally connected with the spherical end through a rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is not perpendicular to the plane of the base; the connecting end is connected with the slider; the first end of the second connecting piece is provided with a spherical groove matched with the spherical end, and the spherical end is received in the spherical groove; the second end of the second connecting piece is connected with the driving assembly; the driving assembly is configured to drive the second connecting piece to drive the sliding piece to slide on the base. According to the transmission mechanism, by arranging the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece with multiple degrees of freedom, the constraint between the driving assembly and the sliding piece is eliminated, and the performance of the transmission mechanism and the lifting device is improved.
