    本发明涉及一种基于SRS系统的无人天车自动装卸方法,属于冶金方法技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:采用SRS系统、天车过程自动化WMS系统和天车PLC系统联合开发,大大提高了高强汽车板入库/出库任务的自动率,车辆信息钢卷信息通过三级下发给无人天车的工单生成系统A模块,A模块根据需要自动生成执行工单发给天车二级WMS,天车二级通过SRS计算出钢卷坐标与自身数据库相结合,最终生成执行命令并通过WIFI网络下发给PLC系统,实现了从MES到最底层PLC的无缝数据衔接。本发明的有益效果是:能够为天车应急提供两个用以自动把钢卷运到车辆上的虚拟坐标,来保证自动入库/出库任务的完成,从而使得物流信息能够顺利通过网络传输到物流管理系统,从而保证物流信息的实时性,准确性。
