The invention provides an elevator emergency braking method, system and device and a medium. The method comprises the following steps that a preset safety speed threshold value is obtained; when it is determined that the running speed of the elevator car exceeds the safety speed threshold value, a danger signal is triggered; the car position and the car weight of the elevator are obtained, elevator guide rails are controlled to execute actions in combination with the danger signals, elevator rails formed between the elevator guide rails are tightened, and the elevator car is braked emergently; according to the scheme, the hydraulic cylinder and/or the expansion device recognize signals to act quickly, the mechanical executing mechanism is driven to stretch the specific guide rail of the elevator according to the designed action, so that the rail of the elevator car is tightened, the friction force borne by the elevator car is gradually increased, and finally the braking function is achieved; according to the scheme, speed reduction, clamping and stopping of the lift car can be achieved, safety is higher, and the device can be widely applied to the technical field of elevator control.

    本发明提供的一种电梯应急制动方法、系统、装置及介质,方法包括以下步骤:获取预设的安全速度阈值;确定电梯轿厢的运行速度超过所述安全速度阈值,触发危险信号;获取所述电梯的轿厢位置以及轿厢重量,结合所述危险信号控制电梯导轨执行动作,使得所述电梯导轨之间所形成的电梯轨道进行收紧,对所述电梯轿厢进行紧急制动;方案中的液压缸和/膨胀装置识别信号快速动作,驱动机械执行机构将电梯特定导轨按设计动作伸张,从而使得电梯轿厢的轨道收紧,使电梯轿厢所受摩擦力逐渐变大,最终实现制停功能;方案能够实现轿厢的减速、夹紧和制停,且安全性更高,可广泛应用于电梯控制技术领域。
