A manufacturing method of a cantilever structural part comprises the steps that a first assembly is manufactured, specifically, a square barrel is manufactured, the two sides of the square barrel are each provided with a cantilever shaft mounting hole, the two cantilever shaft mounting holes are symmetrically formed, the positions of the two cantilever shaft mounting holes are each provided with a cylindrical cantilever shaft machined in advance in a welded mode, and a front vertical plate is welded to the rear portion of the square barrel; a second assembly is manufactured, wherein a rear vertical plate perpendicular to the wall plate is welded to the wall plate; the front vertical plate and the rear vertical plate are welded into a whole, and a cantilever structural part is obtained; the cantilever structural member comprises a square cylinder, cylindrical cantilever shafts, a vertical plate and a wall plate, a flange plate is arranged at the bottom of the square cylinder, the cylindrical cantilever shafts are arranged on the two sides of the square cylinder respectively, and the rear portion of the square cylinder is connected with the wall plate through the vertical plate. By means of the design, it can be guaranteed that the coaxiality of the two cantilever shafts on the cantilever structural part meets the design requirement, and deformation of the structural part after machining is reduced.
