The invention relates to the technical field of spare tire fixing devices, in particular to a spare tire cantilever support used for fixing a spare tire, the cantilever support is arranged on the outer side of a front plate of a carriage, and the cantilever support comprises a support and a swing arm; the support is fixedly arranged on the outer side of a front plate of a carriage, and the swing arm is rotatably connected with the support through a pin shaft. The swing arm is fixed to a front plate of a carriage through a fixing device, and the spare tire is hung below the swing arm. After the swing arm is separated from the fixing device, the swing arm can drive the spare tire hung below the swing arm to rotate around the axis of the pin shaft to the side of the front plate of the carriage. The spare tire is rotated to the side edge of the carriage front plate by utilizing the cantilever support and is far away from the carriage front plate and the rear part of the cab, so that the interference of the spare tire with the carriage front plate and the rear part of the cab during lifting is eliminated, and the operation space is larger and more convenient. The structure is flexible, and the length of the swing arm and the height of the whole cantilever support can be adjusted according to needs; the universality is good, and spare tires with different sizes can be hoisted and fixed.
