The invention discloses a design method of a tire with a shared contour and without a tire tube, a mold of the tire consists of a tire crown pattern block, a tire side plate and a tire bead steel edge ring, and the specific method comprises the following steps: determining the outer diameter and section width of the mold of the tire with the shared contour according to the outer diameter and section width of the tire with the inner tube and without the inner tube; determining the contour size of the tire with the shared contour according to the size relation of the crown contour, the sidewall contour and the bead contour of the tire with the inner tube and the tire without the inner tube; determining the tire structure design of the shared contour according to the structural relationship of the crown structure, the sidewall structure and the tire bead structure of the tire with the inner tube and the tire without the inner tube; and manufacturing the tire with the shared contour of the inner tube and the inner tube-free according to the size and structural design of the tire obtained in the steps. According to the invention, the design with and without inner tire rings is replaced by the common contour of the inner tire and the inner-free tire. The performance of products with inner tubes and without inner tubes after contour sharing is improved, cost is saved, and efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种有内胎和无内胎共用轮廓的轮胎设计方法,所述轮胎的模具由胎冠花纹块、胎侧侧板,以及胎圈钢棱圈组成,具体方法包括根据有内胎和无内胎轮胎的外直径和断面宽,确定共用轮廓的轮胎的模具外直径和模具断面宽;根据有内胎和无内胎轮胎的胎冠轮廓、胎侧轮廓,以及胎圈轮廓的尺寸关系,确定共用轮廓的轮胎轮廓尺寸;根据有内胎和无内胎轮胎的胎冠结构、胎侧结构,以及胎圈结构的结构关系确定共用轮廓的轮胎结构设计;根据上述步骤得到的轮胎尺寸和结构设计,制作有内胎和无内胎共用轮廓的轮胎。本发明通过有内和无内轮胎的共用轮廓,替换有内和无内胎圈设计。提升轮廓共用后有内胎和无内胎的产品性能,节约成本,提供效率。
