The fuel cell system load pulling method comprises the following steps: S1, counting continuous shutdown placement time of a vehicle-mounted fuel cell system; s2, counting power partitions and proportions of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell system; s3, calculating the power attenuation of the vehicle-mounted fuel cell system; and S4, the VCU analyzes the data obtained in the steps S1 to S3. According to the fuel cell system load pulling method based on the whole vehicle energy control strategy, load pulling, recovery or partial recovery of the performance of the fuel cell system are completed through the real-time data. Statistical analysis is carried out on the continuous shutdown parking time of the fuel cell system, the proportion of each power in the startup operation period and the attenuation condition of each power point through the vehicle control unit, the fuel cell system is parked for a long time or operates at a low power point for a long time, and high-power load pulling is carried out on the fuel cell system through the VCU, so that the performance of the fuel cell system is restored to the optimal state.

    本发明公开了一种基于整车能量控制策略的燃料电池系统拉载方法,包括以下步骤:S1、统计车载燃料电池系统连续停机放置时间;S2、统计车载燃料电池系统功率分区及占比;S3、计算车载燃料电池系统功率衰减;S4、VCU对S1‑S3所得数据进行分析:本发明基于整车能量控制策略的燃料电池系统拉载方法,通过即时数据完成燃料电池系统的拉载,恢复或者部分恢复其性能。通过整车控制器对燃料电池系统连续关机停放时间、开机运行期间各功率占比、各功率点衰减情况进行统计分析,长期停放或长期在低功率点运行,通过VCU对燃料电池系统进行大功率拉载,使燃料电池系统性能恢复到最佳状态。
