The invention provides a fuel cell vehicle and a humidity adaptive closed-loop control method thereof. The fuel cell vehicle comprises an electric pile air path and an electric pile water path, the electric pile air path is provided with a filter, an air compressor, an intercooler, a humidifier, an electric pile and a throttle valve which are connected in sequence, the electric pile water path is provided with a water pump, a radiator and a thermostat in sequence, and the dry-out humidity is obtained through theoretical calculation or a humidity characteristic curve, so that whether the dry-out humidity meets the required in-pile gas humidity range of the electric pile air path or not is judged; and the system gives out corresponding operation and judges the dry-out humidity after the operation until the dry-out humidity meets the requirement, so that the humidity self-adaptive closed-loop control of the fuel cell vehicle is realized when the external environment is wet in and the temperature is changed, the output performance of a galvanic pile is ensured, and the running stability and durability of the galvanic pile are maintained.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池车及其湿度自适应闭环控制方法,包括电堆空气路、电堆水路;电堆空气路设置有依次连接的滤清器、空压机、中冷器、增湿器、电堆、节气门,电堆水路依次设置有水泵、散热器、节温器,通过理论计算或湿度特性曲线得到干出湿度,从而判断该干出湿度是否符合电堆空气路的需求入堆气体湿度范围内,系统给出相应的操作,对操作过后的干出湿度再次进行判断,直至满足需求,从而实现外部环境湿入、温度发生变化时燃料电池车的湿度自适应闭环控制,保证电堆输出性能、维持其运行稳定性和耐久性。
