A first connecting rod and a second connecting rod are installed on the two opposite end faces of the first platform correspondingly, the first connecting rod is rotationally connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a first motor is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the driving end of the first motor is connected with the first connecting rod; a universal joint and a camera are respectively mounted on two opposite end surfaces of the second platform, and the universal joint is connected with a second connecting rod; the angle adjusting structures are arranged between the first platform and the second platform at intervals and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the second platform. The problem that an existing unmanned aerial vehicle camera holder is large in size and prone to being influenced by wind is solved, the size of the unmanned aerial vehicle camera holder can be effectively reduced, the wind resistance area is reduced, and the shooting stability of an unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.
