The invention relates to the technical field of ship equipment, in particular to an air supply device and an air supply system.The air supply device comprises a shell body, an air uniformizing part and a flow guide assembly, the shell body comprises a ventilation runner, an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet and the air outlet communicate with a channel runner, and the air inlet and the air outlet are oppositely arranged in the first direction; the area of the air outlet is larger than that of the air outlet when observed in the first direction. The air uniformizing part covers the air outlet and comprises a plurality of ventilation holes, and the ventilation holes penetrate through the air uniformizing part in the first direction. The flow guide assembly is arranged on the side, facing the air inlet, of the air uniformizing part, the flow guide assembly extends from the air uniformizing part to the air inlet, the ventilation flow channel is divided into a plurality of cavities, and any one of the cavities communicates with the air inlet and the air outlet. According to the air supply device and the air supply system, the air flow entering the air supply device is effectively dispersed, the coverage area of the air flow flowing out of the air outlet is increased, and the air outlet uniformity of the air outlet is effectively improved.
