The invention provides an aircraft motor installation coaxiality adjusting method. The method comprises the following steps: determining a theoretical three-dimensional model and a coordinate system of an aircraft; scanning and surveying the local appearance of the aircraft provided with the motor; obtaining a model of the local shape of the aircraft; scanning and surveying the appearance of the motor; obtaining the axis of the motor; calculating the coaxiality deviation between the axis of the motor and the coordinate system of the fuselage; the coaxiality adjusting amount is calculated according to the coaxiality deviation; calculating the adjusting angle and thickness of the mounting position of the motor according to the coaxiality adjusting quantity; and an adjusting gasket is installed, and aircraft motor installation coaxiality adjustment is completed. The method is easy to operate, low in technical requirement for operators, low in labor intensity and high in speed; positioning holes, special tools and the like do not need to be adopted for limiting and correcting, and adjustment and maintenance in field operation are facilitated.
