The invention discloses a voxel structure-based ship collision accident grade determination and traffic flow prediction method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, obtaining attribute parameters, collision parameters and AIS parameters of a collided ship; s2, predicting the dynamic change of the water flow velocity according to the AIS parameters and hydrological parameters of the impacted ship and the three-dimensional model of the bottom of the channel; s3, constructing a collision motion balance equation, calculating instantaneous impact forces and impact moments of different impact points of the impacted ship based on a numerical method, and determining a collision accident grade; and S4, coupling data output by the channel three-dimensional model and the ship collision three-dimensional model, and predicting the motion state change trend and duration of the collided ship. Through numerical simulation of the impacted ship and prediction of the dynamic change of the water flow velocity, prediction of the change trend and the duration of the motion state of the impacted ship is realized, the future change trend of the traffic flow in the navigation channel is reflected, and a theoretical basis is provided for reasonable re-allocation of the navigation channel in the future time or guidance of a virtual navigation channel.

    本发明公开了基于体素结构的船舶碰撞事故等级确定和交通流预测方法,包括以下步骤:S1、获取被撞击船舶的属性参数、撞击参数和AIS参数;S2、通过被撞击船舶的AIS参数、水文参数和航道底部三维模型,预测水流流速动态变化;S3、构建碰撞运动平衡方程,基于数值法计算被撞击船舶不同撞击点的瞬时撞击力和撞击力矩,确定碰撞事故等级;S4、将航道三维模型和船舶碰撞三维模型输出的数据耦合,预测被撞击船舶的运动状态变化趋势和持续时间。通过对被撞击船舶进行数值模拟和预测水流流速动态变化,进而实现对被撞击船舶的运动状态变化趋势和持续时间的预测,反映航道内交通流未来变化趋势,为未来时间航道的合理重新划归或引导虚拟航道提供理论基础。
