A pod propeller motor shell is of a hollow cylindrical framework type structure and comprises a shell framework and a steel plate layer wrapping the shell framework, a bow end annular large flange and a stern end annular large flange are fixed to the two ends of the shell framework respectively, and the shell framework comprises a plurality of middle annular ribs arranged in the radial direction of the inner wall of the steel plate layer and a plurality of axial rib plates crisscrossed with the axial rib plates. According to the inner hole detection method of the motor shell, firstly, the circle center positions of the bow end annular large flange, the stern end annular large flange and the middle annular ribs are measured respectively, and then the connection line of the circle centers of inner holes of the bow end annular large flange and the stern end annular large flange serves as a center line; the deviation value of the circle center position of each middle annular rib relative to the center line is calculated, and if the deviation value is larger than a set threshold value, it is judged that the coaxiality of the inner hole of the motor shell does not meet the requirement. According to the invention, the overall weight is obviously reduced while the mechanical strength is ensured, and accurate detection of the coaxiality of the inner hole of the large part is realized.

    一种吊舱推进器电机壳体,为空心圆柱状骨架式结构,包括壳体骨架及外部包覆的钢板层,壳体骨架两端分别固定有艏、艉端环形大法兰,壳体骨架包括绕钢板层的内壁径向设置的多个中部环形筋、与轴向筋板纵横交错的多个轴向筋板,各中部环形筋与艏、艉端环形大法兰同轴,该电机壳体的内孔检测方法先分别测得艏、艉端环形大法兰以及各中部环形筋的圆心位置,然后以艏、艉端环形大法兰的内孔圆心连线作为中心线,分别计算各中部环形筋的圆心位置相对于中心线的偏差值,若大于设定的阈值,则判定电机壳体的内孔同轴度不满足要求。本发明不仅在保证机械强度的同时显著降低了整体重量,而且实现了大型零件内孔同轴度的精确检测。
