The invention discloses an under-bridge oil pipeline dismantling method which comprises the steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; s2, pipeline steam blowing is carried out, wherein steam blowing and pipe warming and oil waking are carried out on oil stored in the oil conveying pipeline; s3, the pipeline is cleaned through nitrogen passing balls, specifically, the oil pipeline is cleaned and emptied through the pipeline cleaning balls; s4, cutting and hoisting the expansion elbow pipe: after the oil pipeline is cleaned and emptied, checking a construction platform, a truss vehicle and a track, re-reinforcing the rusted and welded joint cracking parts, cutting the expansion elbow pipe by using a water jet cutter, and then hoisting the cut expansion elbow pipe; and S5, straight pipe cutting and hoisting. By combining the conventional structure of the existing oil pipeline under the bridge and aiming at the problems of complex construction environment, narrow construction space and the like, the general and effective dismantling method is provided, the overall construction cost is low, the construction is convenient, meanwhile, the influence on the bridge in the dismantling process is effectively reduced, reference is provided for similar projects, and the method is worthy of popularization and application. And the popularization value is extremely high.

    本发明公开了一种桥下输油管道拆除方法,包括,S1:施工准备;S2:管道蒸汽吹扫:对输油管道内存油进行蒸汽吹扫和温管醒油;S3:氮气通球清扫管线:通过清管球对输油管道进行清扫排空;S4:膨胀弯管切割吊运:完成输油管道清扫排空后,对施工平台、桁车及轨道进行排查,对锈蚀、焊缝开裂处进行重新加固,利用水刀对膨胀弯管进行切割,之后将切割后的膨胀弯管进行吊运;S5:直管切割吊运。本发明结合现有的桥下输油管道的常规结构,针对其面临的施工环境复杂和施工空间狭小等问题,提出了一套通用且行之有效的拆除方法,整体施工成本较低,且施工方便,同时有效减少了拆除过程中对大桥的影响,为类似工程提供借鉴,具有极高的推广价值。
