The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an inclined installation component hoisting method which comprises the steps that modeling software is used for obtaining the gravity center position of an inclined installation component in the installation posture, and a drawing file of the inclined installation component is exported; then in the drawing file of the inclined installation component, a plumb line of the inclined installation component in the installation posture is obtained, and two lifting points of the inclined installation component are obtained according to the intersection point of the plumb line and the upper surface of the inclined installation component; then, two lifting points are found from the to-be-lifted inclined mounting component according to the two lifting points of the drawing file, and lifting lugs are welded to the two lifting points respectively; the two lifting lugs are connected to a lifting hook of a lifting machine through two steel wire ropes with the same length; and then the inclined installation component is hoisted to the installation position through a hoisting machine. According to the hoisting method, single-point hoisting is approximately adopted, operation is easy and fast, it is ensured that the hoisting posture and the mounting posture of the obliquely-mounted component can be matched, and it is ensured that the obliquely-mounted component can be accurately positioned during mounting.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种倾斜安装构件的吊装方法,包括:利用建模软件获取倾斜安装构件安装姿态下的重心位置并导出倾斜安装构件的图纸文件;之后在倾斜安装构件的图纸文件中,获取倾斜安装构件安装姿态下的铅垂线,并根据铅垂线与倾斜安装构件上表面的交点获取倾斜安装构件的两个吊点;然后根据图纸文件的两个吊点在待吊装的倾斜安装构件找到两个吊点并分别焊接吊耳;利用两条长度相等的钢丝绳分别将两个吊耳连接到吊装机械的吊钩上;之后利用吊装机械将倾斜安装构件吊装至安装位置。该吊装方法近似于采用单点吊装,操作简单快捷,并确保了倾斜安装构件吊装姿态与安装姿态能够吻合,保证了倾斜安装构件安装能够精确定位。
