The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle speed prediction, in particular to a vehicle speed prediction method based on two-stage decomposition. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, decomposing an original vehicle speed sequence into a plurality of high and low frequency components by adopting wavelet decomposition so as to reduce the non-stability of the original vehicle speed sequence; secondly, performing secondary decomposition on the low-frequency component to further reduce the non-stationarity of the low-frequency component; and finally, establishing each vehicle speed component prediction model by adopting an RBF neural network, and superposing the results of the prediction models to obtain a final vehicle speed prediction result. According to the vehicle speed prediction method, secondary decomposition is carried out on the low-frequency component on the basis of primary decomposition, the non-stationarity of the vehicle speed is further reduced, and prediction is more accurate.

    本发明涉及车速预测技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于两级分解的车速预测方法。本发明方法包括:首先,采用小波分解将原始车速序列分解为多个高、低频分量,以降低原始车速序列的非平稳性;其次,对低频分量进行二次分解,以进一步降低低频分量的非平稳性;最后采用RBF神经网络建立各车速分量预测模型,将各预测模型的结果叠加得到最终的车速预测结果。本发明的车速预测方法,一次分解的基础上对低频分量进行二次分解,进一步降低了车速的非平稳性,预测更为精准。
