    本发明提出了一种面向AGV的原边控制型LCC‑S无线充电系统及控制方法,无线充电系统包括地面装置和AGV车载装置,地面装置具体包括直流电压源Ubus、Buck变换器、全桥逆变器和LCC网络;AGV车载装置具体包括LC网络、桥式整流与滤波电路以及动力电池组;地面装置通过DD型磁耦合机构为AGV车载装置供电;采用的DD型磁耦合机构实现了良好的抗偏移性能,发射端LCC网络保证无线充电系统工作于低功耗模式,并且具备掉载保护和过流保护等功能,提升系统稳定性与可靠性;本发明实现全自动、全天候的无人值守化充电;将大幅度地提升AGV的智能化发展趋势,拓宽AGV的产业化应用前景。
