The invention discloses a weighing device of an arm support type aerial work platform. The weighing device comprises a work platform, a bracket and an arm support. The bracket comprises a bracket body and a connecting back plate, and the bracket body and the connecting back plate are perpendicular to each other and are arranged in an L shape; a connecting frame assembly is arranged at the end of the arm frame and comprises an upper supporting plate, a lower supporting plate and a connecting part. The upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are simultaneously contacted with the surface of the connecting back plate; a sensor assembly is arranged between the connecting frame assembly and the bracket, a mounting hole is formed in the connecting back plate, and the sensor assembly penetrates through the mounting hole and is connected with the connecting frame assembly and the bracket to the two sides of the connecting back plate respectively. The working platform has the beneficial effects that the torque generated by the working platform can be balanced through surface contact of the supporting plate and the connecting back plate; the sensor assembly passes through the mounting hole, and the shear force measured by the sensor is converted to obtain a weighing value; the manufacturing cost can be reduced on the premise of ensuring stable precision; the bracket structure is optimized, so that the structure is simpler, more compact, safer and more reliable.

    本发明公开了一种臂架式高空作业平台的称重装置,包括作业平台、托架和臂架;托架包括托架本体和连接背板,托架本体和连接背板相互垂直呈“L”形设置;臂架的端部设有连接架总成,连接架总成包括上支撑板、下支撑板和连接部;上支撑板和下支撑板同时与连接背板面接触;连接架总成与托架之前设有传感器总成,连接背板上设有安装孔,传感器总成贯穿安装孔分别与连接架总成和托架连接于连接背板两侧。有益效果:本发明通过撑板与连接背板面接触可以平衡作业平台产生的扭矩;传感器总成穿过安装孔,通过传感器测得的剪切力换算得到称重值;在确保稳重精度的前提下可以降低制造成本;通过对托架结构的优化使得结构更加简单紧凑并且安全可靠。
