本发明公开了一种考虑材料厚度的柔性防护结构折叠方法。该方法为,首先针对柔性防护结构中的各单层薄膜,进行折叠过程的准静态模拟和折叠性能分析,得到各单层薄膜的折叠应变/应力与折痕处曲率半径的关系曲线;然后根据柔性防护结构中各层薄膜厚度及柔性防护结构能达到的最小折叠曲率半径,初步设计柔性防护结构的折叠状态。接着分别完成正反两向折叠过程的准静态分析,得到折痕处应力分布情况。最后根据空间充气舱的几何外形和尺寸,以及正向折叠和反向折叠的最小曲率半径,选取合适的折叠数,即可确定空间充气舱的折叠方案。本发明充分考虑到了材料厚度对于折叠性能的影响,能够更加合理地为空间充气舱的折叠方案设计提供指导。

    The invention discloses a flexible protection structure folding method considering the material thickness. The method comprises the steps that firstly, quasi-static simulation and folding performance analysis of the folding process are carried out on each single-layer film in the flexible protection structure, and a relation curve of folding strain/stress of each single-layer film and the curvature radius of a fold is obtained; and then, according to the thickness of each layer of film in the flexible protection structure and the minimum folding curvature radius which can be reached by the flexible protection structure, the folding state of the flexible protection structure is preliminarily designed. And then respectively completing quasi-static analysis of the forward and reverse folding processes to obtain the stress distribution condition at the fold. And finally, selecting a proper folding number according to the geometric shape and the size of the space inflatable cabin and the minimum curvature radiuses of forward folding and reverse folding, so that a folding scheme of the space inflatable cabin can be determined. According to the method, the influence of the material thickness on the folding performance is fully considered, and guidance can be more reasonably provided for the folding scheme design of the space inflatable cabin.
