The invention relates to a debugging method and device for an electric power steering system, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: recognizing a current to-be-tested vehicle model, and determining a debugging target parameter according to the to-be-tested vehicle model; the target steering angle value is received, the electric power steering system of the vehicle is debugged based on the target steering angle value and the debugging target parameter, and a step response value of the electric power steering system is obtained; and a control deviation value of the electric power steering system is determined according to the step response value, the control deviation value forms a control quantity according to a preset linear combination, and the electric power steering system is controlled according to the control quantity, so that the steering angle of the electric power steering system reaches the target steering angle value. Therefore, the problems of slow response time, large steady-state error and the like provided by the EPS of the vehicle to the APA at present are solved, the steady-state error is greatly reduced, the system adjustment precision is improved, the response time is shortened, and debugging and calibration personnel can achieve the performance target more quickly.

    本申请涉及一种电动助力转向系统的调试方法、装置、车辆及存储介质,包括:识别当前待测试车型,并根据待测试车型确定调试目标参数;接收目标转向角度值,并基于目标转向角度值和调试目标参数,对车辆的电动助力转向系统进行调试,得到电动助力转向系统的阶跃响应值;根据阶跃响应值确定电动助力转向系统的控制偏差值,并将控制偏差值按照通过预设的线性组合构成控制量,并根据控制量对电动助力转向系统进行控制,使得电动助力转向系统的转向角达到目标转向角度值。由此,解决了目前车辆EPS提供给APA的响应时间较慢,稳态误差较大等问题,大大减小了稳态误差,提高了系统调节精度,加快了响应时间,使调试标定人员能够更快速达到性能目标。
