The hoisting device for the road-crossing tubular bus comprises a first hoisting assembly and a second hoisting assembly, the first hoisting assembly comprises a first support, a first pulley block and a first hoisting rope, the first support is arranged at the top end of a first insulating strut, the first pulley block is rotationally arranged on the first support, and the first hoisting rope is wound on the first pulley block; and one end of the first lifting rope can be detachably connected with the cross-road tubular bus, and the other end of the first lifting rope freely droops. The second hoisting assembly comprises a second support, a second pulley block and a second hoisting rope, the second support is arranged at the top end of the second insulating strut, and the first insulating strut and the second insulating strut can be conducted through the cross-road tubular bus. The second pulley block is rotationally arranged on the second support, the second lifting rope is wound around the second pulley block, one end of the second lifting rope can be detachably connected with the cross-road tubular bus, the other end of the second lifting rope freely droops, and the dismounting efficiency of the cross-road tubular bus is improved.
