The invention relates to a graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: a) adjusting the pH value of a graphene oxide aqueous solution to 8-13, and dispersing; b) adjusting the pH value of the graphene oxide solution obtained in the step a) to 2-7; c) adding a coupling agent solution into the graphene oxide solution in the step b), and reacting to obtain a reaction solution of a graphene oxide-coupling agent material; and d) adding a reducing agent into the reaction liquid of the graphene oxide-coupling agent material, and carrying out a reduction reaction to obtain the graphene composite material. The graphene composite material prepared by the method is easily and uniformly dispersed in rubber, and has a relatively strong interface action with the rubber. The vulcanized rubber prepared by taking the graphene composite material as a rubber reinforcing filler has the characteristics of excellent mechanical properties, good wear resistance, low compression heat generation, strong aging resistance, static resistance and the like, and is suitable for being used as the rubber reinforcing filler of aircraft tires, high-grade car tires, truck tires and the like.

    本申请涉及石墨烯复合材料及其制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)将氧化石墨烯水溶液调节pH值为8‑13,分散;b)将步骤a)的氧化石墨烯溶液调节pH值为2‑7;c)向步骤b)的氧化石墨烯溶液中加入偶联剂溶液,反应得到氧化石墨烯‑偶联剂材料的反应液;d)向所述氧化石墨烯‑偶联剂材料的反应液中加入还原剂进行还原反应,得所述石墨烯复合材料。该方法制备的石墨烯复合材料易于在橡胶中均匀分散,并与橡胶具有较强的界面作用。以该石墨烯复合材料为橡胶的增强填料,制备的硫化胶具有力学性能优异,耐磨性好,压缩生热低,抗老化性强及抗静电等特点,适用于作为航空轮胎、高档轿车轮胎、载重轮胎等的橡胶增强填料。
