The invention particularly relates to a sonar buoy-based marine ecology detection system, which comprises a detection layer, a communication layer and a processing layer, and is characterized in that the detection layer is a multi-base detection system and comprises a plurality of buoy devices, each buoy is provided with a sonar module, and the plurality of buoy devices are arranged in an array in a to-be-detected marine area; the communication layer comprises a communication host and a plurality of communication slaves, each buoy device is provided with one communication slave, the communication host is arranged at the server, the communication host and the communication slaves are in radio communication, and the communication host receives transmission data of the communication slaves; the processing layer comprises a processing system and a control platform, the processing system comprises picture noise reduction, target detection, feature recognition and deep learning, the picture noise reduction is used for removing noise from the sonar image acquired by the detection layer, the target detection is used for acquiring features of the marine animals and plants according to the denoised image, and the feature recognition is used for analyzing types of the marine animals and plants; deep learning is used for processing large-capacity samples and strengthening marine animal and plant picture features.

    本发明特别涉及一种声呐浮标的海洋生态检测系统,包括探测层、通信层和处理层,探测层为多基地探测系统,包括多个浮标装置,每个浮标安装有声呐模块,多个浮标装置在待检测海洋区域按照阵列排布;通信层包括通信主机和多个通信从机,每个浮标装置都安装有一个通信从机,通信主机设置在服务器处,通信主机和通信从机通过无线电通信,通信主机接收通信从机的传输数据;处理层包括处理系统和控制平台,处理系统包括图片降噪、目标检测、特征识别和深度学习,图片降噪用于对探测层获取的声呐图像去除噪音,目标检测根据降噪后的图像获取海洋动植物特征,特征识别用于分析海洋动植物种类,深度学习用于处理大容量样本,强化海洋动植物图片特征。
