The invention provides a novel water body management and culture unmanned ship which comprises a catamaran body, the catamaran body comprises a left ship blade, a right ship blade, a front joint and a rear joint, the middle of the catamaran body is hollowed out, a propeller is arranged at the rear end of the catamaran body and connected to a catamaran body controller, and the catamaran body controller is connected with a right camera, a differential GPS instrument and a GPS antenna in a controlling mode. A water storage barrel and a pesticide storage barrel are installed in the middle of the catamaran body, the lower end of the water storage barrel is communicated with the sprinkler head, the upper end of the water storage barrel and the lower end of the pesticide storage barrel are connected through a three-way valve, the upper end of the water storage barrel and the upper end of the pesticide storage barrel are connected with the water pump and the air pump through a four-way valve, and the catamaran body controller is connected with and controls a detection module on the outer side of the catamaran body. The device can meet the requirement of mobile operation, has the capability of complete intelligent autonomous operation, has the functions of oxygenation and pesticide spreading on the same set of equipment by utilizing external air and water, and can perform targeted rapid treatment on polluted water through real-time detection of a sensor.
