The photovoltaic panel mounting frame comprises a clamping portion and a supporting frame, the clamping portion can clamp the outer side of the photovoltaic panel mounting frame, the photovoltaic panel mounting frame comprises a connecting frame and a mounting frame hinged to the connecting frame, the supporting frame can be fixed to the corresponding pipe pile, and the connecting frame can be connected with the corresponding supporting frame. According to the photovoltaic panel mounting bracket, the problem of low mounting efficiency of the photovoltaic panel mounting bracket and the photovoltaic panel in the construction process of an existing photovoltaic power station can be solved.
