The invention provides an E-power architecture dumper mode switching control method, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile control. Comprising the steps of entering an initialization mode by default, and entering a transfer mode when a driver needs to start a vehicle and vehicle operation enabling is met; in the transfer mode, a mode switching strategy is started for mode judgment and switching of a pure electric mode, a hybrid mode and an energy recovery mode; judging whether a pure electric enabling condition is met or not; if yes, switching to a pure electric mode, and if not, judging whether hybrid enabling is met or not: switching to a hybrid mode if a hybrid enabling condition is met, judging whether an energy recovery enabling condition is met or not if the hybrid enabling condition is not met, entering an energy recovery mode if the energy recovery enabling condition is met, and otherwise, staying in a transfer mode. The energy recovery mode can protect the battery and prevent the battery from being overcharged; the battery power limiting state is considered during mode switching condition calculation, and the battery failure rate is reduced; the power distribution accuracy of the engine is improved, and the fuel consumption is reduced.

    本发明提出的一种E‑power架构自卸车模式切换控制方法,属于新能源汽车控制技术领域。包括:默认进入初始化模式,当驾驶员需求车辆启动,且车辆运行使能满足后,进入中转模式;在中转模式下,启动模式切换策略进行纯电模式、混动模式和能量回收模式的模式判定和切换;判断纯电使能条件是否满足;如满足则转入纯电模式,如不满足则判断混动使能是否满足:如满足混动使能条件则转入混动模式,如不满足则判断是否满足能量回收使能条件,如满足则进入能量回收模式,否则停留在中转模式。本发明的能量回收模式能保护电池防止电池过充;模式切换条件计算时考虑电池功率限制状态,降低电池故障率;提高了发动机功率分配精确度,降低了燃油消耗。
