The mine truck chassis comprises a truck frame, a rear axle, a bearing cover, an outer bearing and an inner bearing, a first semi-annular groove is formed in the rear axle hinged end of the rear axle, and a threaded counter bore is formed in the end face of the first semi-annular groove; the outer bearing comprises a first outer bearing split body and a second outer bearing split body, a first hemispherical ring surface is arranged on the inner wall of the first outer bearing split body, and a second hemispherical ring surface is arranged on the inner wall of the second outer bearing split body; the inner bearing is fixed on a middle cross beam pipe of the frame; the spherical surface of the inner bearing is mounted in an inner spherical surface formed by the first hemispherical ring surface and the second hemispherical ring surface; the bearing cover is provided with a second semi-annular groove, a bearing cover flange and a flange through hole; the outer bearing is installed in an annular groove defined by the first semi-annular groove and the second semi-annular groove. Bolts penetrate through the flange through holes to be connected to the threaded counter bores. The invention further discloses a hinged mounting method of the rear axle and the frame. According to the invention, direct hinging of the frame and the rear axle can be realized.
