The invention discloses a connecting structure of a satellite cabin-penetrating waveguide, and relates to the field of satellite load design, and the connecting structure comprises a satellite cabin plate which is provided with a cabin-penetrating gap; the cabin penetrating flange covers the position of the cabin penetrating notch, is fixedly connected with the satellite cabin plate and is provided with a connecting hole; the in-cabin waveguide assembly is connected with the cabin penetrating flange; and the out-cabin waveguide assembly is connected with the in-cabin waveguide assembly through the connecting hole. The connecting structure can perform rigidity compensation on the cabin plate, improve the overall rigidity of the cabin plate, reduce the rigidity loss of the cabin plate caused by the cabin-penetrating notch, block the installation error of partial components in the cabin-penetrating waveguide cabin, and effectively ensure the accuracy of butt joint between the cabin-penetrating waveguide and equipment outside the cabin, such as an antenna, after the cabin-penetrating waveguide goes out of the cabin.
