The invention relates to an evaluation method and device for an aircraft air conditioning system, and the method comprises the steps: controlling the air conditioning system according to a to-be-evaluated item when an aircraft flies under a preset flight condition; acquiring detection data of temperature sensors worn at different positions of the body of the personnel in the cabin; and evaluating the air conditioning system according to the detection data. Through the mode, the air conditioning system can be controlled based on the to-be-evaluated item under different flight conditions, the temperature around personnel in the cabin can be accurately detected, then the performance of the air conditioning system is evaluated based on the detected data, and the evaluation result is more objective and accurate.
