The invention relates to the technical field of ship vibration and noise reduction, in particular to an impedance uniformization base for efficient vibration reduction of a ship body. The base comprises a base panel, a damping liquid bag, a connecting frame connected with a hull structure and the like. The connecting frame comprises a toggle plate, a web plate and a top plate. The toggle plates are vertically arranged between the hull structure and the top plate, the tail ends of the toggle plates are connected with the hull structure, the head ends of the toggle plates are connected with the top plate, and the adjacent toggle plates are connected through the web plates. The vibration isolator and the vibration reduction liquid bag are arranged above the top plate, the top plate is connected with the bottom of the panel through the vibration reduction liquid bag, the top of the panel and the telescopic end of the vibration isolator are connected with the bottom of the buoyant raft, and the marine equipment is installed above the buoyant raft. A plurality of buffer cavities for containing liquid are formed in bag bodies of the vibration reduction liquid bags, and meanwhile the multiple vibration reduction liquid bags located on the top plate are arranged to form a vibration reduction liquid layer structure. The impedance uniformization base can effectively improve the damping capacity of a marine equipment base and reduce the mechanical noise of a ship.
