The invention discloses an air-ground cooperative scheduling method considering performance difference of aircrafts, which comprises the following steps: establishing an air-ground cooperative emergency scheduling model by considering four emergency scheduling modes according to known air-ground attributes of various facility points; calculating related model parameters of ground-side scheduling by considering the road network damage condition for ground-side scheduling, and designing an A * algorithm to calculate air-side scheduling parameters by considering the influence of the aircraft operation environment for air-side scheduling; after all parameters of the model are collected, a weighted sum method is utilized to convert a double-target model into a single-target model, finally, the model is solved by utilizing lingo, and an optimal scheduling scheme is obtained on the basis of endowing a specific weight. According to the invention, the practicability and accuracy of emergency material distribution research in consideration of the actual operation environment are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种考虑航空器性能差异的空地协同调度方法,根据各类设施点已知的空地属性,考虑四种应急调度方式,建立空地协同应急调度模型;针对地侧调度考虑路网损毁的情况计算地侧调度的相关模型参数,针对空侧调度考虑航空器运行环境的影响,设计A*算法计算空侧调度参数;在完成模型全部参数收集后,利用加权和法将双目标模型转化成单目标模型,最后利用lingo求解模型,在赋予特定权重的基础上得到最优调度方案。本发明大大提高了考虑实际运行环境时应急物资配送研究的实用性和准确性。
