The invention relates to an electric vehicle driving motor torque control method, which comprises the following steps that: an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) calculates the maximum torque output capability value of a driving motor in the current state in real time and reports the maximum torque output capability value to a VCU (Vehicle Control Unit); when the accelerator pedal is not stepped on, a torque request instruction of the VCU is set according to the vehicle speed under the standard road condition, the vehicle runs according to the crawling vehicle speed, and the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is reported to the VCU in real time; calculating a torque request instruction value of the VCU, and sending the torque request instruction value to the MCU; and the MCU controls the driving motor to perform torque output according to the torque instruction value of the VCU, and reports the actual torque value of the driving motor to the VCU at the same time. According to the method, the maximum torque value which can be output in the current state of the motor and is calculated by the MCU through real-time parameter values measured by a sensor in the motor is added in communication between the VCU and the MCU, and a torque instruction of the VCU is comprehensively calculated and given according to the maximum torque value of the MCU and the opening degree of an accelerator pedal; the method can effectively reduce the calibration period and cost of the accelerator pedal.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车驱动电机扭矩控制方法,包括MCU实时计算驱动电机当前状态的最大扭矩输出能力值,并上报给VCU;未踩踏油门踏板时,按照标准路况下车速设定VCU的扭矩请求指令,车辆按照蠕行车速行驶,油门踏板开度实时上报给VCU;计算出VCU的扭矩请求指令值,并发送至MCU;MCU根据VCU的扭矩指令值控制驱动电机进行扭矩输出,同时将驱动电机的实际扭矩值上报给VCU。本方法,在VCU与MCU通讯中增加了MCU通过电机内部传感器测量的实时参数值计算得到的电机当前状态能够输出的最大扭矩值,VCU的扭矩指令根据MCU的最大扭矩值及油门踏板的开度综合计算给出;该方法可有效减少油门踏板标定周期及费用。
