本发明提供一种半圆弧大梁及其组装方法。其中,半圆弧大梁,包括:上翼板,所述上翼板形成为平板状;两根承轨梁,两根所述承轨梁分别连接在所述上翼板两侧;分别连接在所述承轨梁上的两根方钢轨道;以及半圆弧腹板,所述半圆弧腹板的两端分别一一对应连接所述方钢轨道。根据本发明实施例的半圆弧大梁,其梁体的截面为半圆弧形状,上翼板为平面,方钢轨道布置在上翼板的两侧,腹板为圆弧面,使得起重机大型化的同时,能够通过减少风阻来降低轮压,进而降低码头的承载力。
