The invention discloses an anti-yellowing master batch, a thermoplastic polyurethane film as well as a preparation method and application of the anti-yellowing master batch and the thermoplastic polyurethane film. The anti-yellowing master batch comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of isocyanate; 0 to 120 parts, but not 0 part, of polytetrahydrofuran glycol; 0-20 parts, but not 0 part, of micromolecular dihydric alcohol; 0.001 to 0.1 part of a catalyst; 3-6 parts of an ultraviolet absorbent; 2-5 parts of an antioxidant; 2-5 parts of a light stabilizer; the molecular weight of the polytetrahydrofuran glycol is 800 to 5000 g/mol. The preparation method of the anti-yellowing master batch is simple, the cost is low, the anti-yellowing master batch can be used for preparing the thermoplastic polyurethane film which is good in mechanical property and relatively good in precipitation resistance and anti-yellowing effect, and the mechanical property attenuation of the thermoplastic polyurethane film is relatively small after the thermoplastic polyurethane film is subjected to ultraviolet radiation for a long time.

    本发明公开了一种耐黄变母粒、热塑性聚氨酯薄膜及其制备方法和应用。该耐黄变母粒包括如下重量份数的组分:异氰酸酯:20‑40份;聚四氢呋喃二醇:0‑120份但不为0份;小分子二元醇:0‑20份但不为0份;催化剂:0.001‑0.1份;紫外吸收剂:3‑6份;抗氧化剂:2‑5份;光稳定剂:2‑5份;聚四氢呋喃二醇的分子量为800‑5000g/mol。本发明中耐黄变母粒的制备方法简单、成本低,可用于制备力学性能良好、耐析出和耐黄变效果均较佳的热塑性聚氨酯薄膜,且该热塑性聚氨酯薄膜经长时间紫外辐照后力学性能衰减较小。
