The lifting appliance can meet various lifting point changes in the lifting process of the tower column sections, can meet various requirements, and is easy to operate and high in operation efficiency.

    本发明涉及节段梁起重搬运设备技术领域,具体地指一种适用于塔柱节段吊装的吊具、吊装系统及吊装方法。悬挂梁与塔机动滑轮组固定连接;四组液压调位结构的上端分别固定于悬挂梁的四角;回转支撑横梁与四组液压调位结构的下端连接;回转结构安装于回转支撑横梁上;主梁的中间位置连接于回转结构;两组分配梁分置于主梁两端;第一平移结构设置于主梁和分配梁之间;转动结构设置于主梁和分配梁之间;四根旋锁拉杆分置于两组分配梁的两端;第二平移结构设置于旋锁拉杆与分配梁之间;旋锁结构设置于分配梁上。本发明的吊具能够满足塔柱节段吊装过程中各种吊点变化,可满足各种需求,操作简单,操作效率高。
