The invention discloses an air conditioner water heating circulation system, a control method and engineering machinery. The air conditioner water heating circulation system comprises a water circulation closed loop, an overflow loop, a water supplementing tank and a control module. The water circulation closed loop is formed by annularly connecting the return water replenishing device, the water pump, the water segregator, the electric heater, the water collector and the air conditioner system through water pipes, heated hot water can be conveyed to the air conditioner heating system, and continuous circulation of the hot water in the water circulation closed loop is achieved. The overflow loop is formed by annularly connecting a water segregator, an overflow one-way valve and a return water replenishing device through a water pipe; the water replenishing tank is connected with the return water replenishing device through a water pipe, and a water replenishing ball valve is arranged in a flow path; the control module is connected with the liquid level sensor of the water replenishing tank and the temperature sensor of the electric heater through wire harnesses, collects signals of the liquid level sensor of the water replenishing tank and signals of the temperature sensor of the electric heater, controls start and stop of the water pump and the electric heater through the wire harnesses, is connected with a console instrument through the wire harnesses, and outputs fault information of the heating system.

    本发明公开了一种空调水加热循环系统、控制方法及工程机械,包括水循环闭合回路、溢流回路、补水箱和控制模块;水循环闭合回路通过水管将回水补水器、水泵、分水器、电加热器、集水器、空调系统组成环状连接构成,能够将加热后的热水输送到空调加热系统,实现热水在水循环闭合回路中持续循环;溢流回路通过水管将分水器、溢流单向阀和回水补水器组成环状连接构成;补水箱通过水管与回水补水器相连接,流路中包含补水球阀;控制模块通过线束与补水箱的液位传感器和电加热器的温度传感器相连接,收集补水箱液位传感器信号和电加热器温度传感器信号,通过线束控制水泵和电加热器启停,通过线束与操纵台仪表相连接,输出加热系统故障信息。
