The invention discloses a router for a transcritical CO2 vehicle thermal management system and a control method thereof. The router comprises an input module used for acquiring battery loop water flow, compressor rotation speed, indoor heat exchanger loop electronic expansion valve opening, battery loop electronic expansion valve opening and HVAC air supply volume in the transcritical CO2 vehicle thermal management system and transmitting the same to a prediction module; the prediction module is used for solving and obtaining predicted values of the battery loop water inlet temperature, the compressor power, the HVAC fan power, the battery loop water pump power and the HVAC air supply temperature by using a preset autoregressive integral moving average model according to the parameters transmitted by the input module and transmitting the predicted values to the control module; the control module is used for realizing control according to the predicted value. According to the invention, the system component parameters can be automatically detected and adjusted according to different working conditions and requirements, the high efficiency and safety of the operation process of the vehicle thermal management system can be ensured, and the stability and reliability of the system can also be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种用于跨临界CO2车辆热管理系统的路由器及其控制方法,所述路由器包括:输入模块用于获取跨临界CO2车辆热管理系统中的电池回路水流量、压缩机转速、室内换热器回路电子膨胀阀开度、电池回路电子膨胀阀开度和HVAC送风风量并输送给预测模块;预测模块用于根据输入模块输送的参数,利用预设的自回归积分移动平均模型求解获得电池回路进水温度、压缩机功率、HVAC风机功率、电池回路水泵功率和HVAC送风温度的预测值并输送给控制模块;控制模块用于根据预测值实现控制。本发明能够根据不同的工况及需求自动检测并调整系统部件参数,可保证车辆热管理系统运行过程的高效性与安全性,也可保证系统的稳定性与可靠性。
