According to the system, the RFID non-contact automatic identification technology is adopted, manual identification and management are replaced, the system is convenient to use, accurate and reliable, the labor amount of workers is reduced, and the accuracy and the working efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于混凝土智能化工厂的车辆进出管理系统,包括:射频卡系统检测车辆进出情况和驾驶员工作情况,将车辆进出情况和驾驶员工作情况发送给控制器;控制器对车辆进出情况进行分析识别,识别出车辆信息及车辆位置信息,并将识别结果和驾驶员工作情况发送给上位机;上位机对识别结果进行分析,判断出车辆的工作状态是否正常,根据车辆的工作状态作出车辆调度方案,并将工作状态发送给显示屏和提醒系统,根据驾驶员工作情况统计出驾驶员的工作量;提醒模块在车辆状态异常时发出提醒信号。该系统采用RFID非接触式自动识别技术,取代了人工识别及管理,使用方便,准确可靠,既减轻了工作人员的劳动量,又提高了准确度和工作效率。
