The invention discloses a long stator consistency testing method, system and device and a readable storage medium, and relates to the field of magnetic levitation systems.The long stator consistency testing method comprises the steps that after a gap between a levitation gap sensor and the surface of a long stator on a current line is adjusted to be a target gap, the target gap is detected; actual gaps detected when the suspension gap sensor moves on the current line are obtained, and the line position corresponding to each actual gap is obtained; obtaining a consistency test result of the long stator based on the actual gap obtained under the target gap, wherein the consistency test result is qualified or unqualified; and when the consistency test result is unqualified, positioning the abnormal long stator section on the current line based on the line position corresponding to the actual gap. According to the invention, a non-contact test mode is adopted, the consistency of the long stator is tested, actual measurement is carried out along a line, an abnormal long stator section with problems can be accurately positioned, repair or replacement is facilitated, and stable operation of a suspension system is guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一种长定子一致性测试方法、系统、装置及可读存储介质,涉及磁浮系统领域,该长定子一致性测试方法包括:将悬浮间隙传感器与当前线路上的长定子的表面的间隙调整为目标间隙后,获取悬浮间隙传感器在当前线路上移动时检测到的实际间隙,并获取每一实际间隙对应的线路位置;基于目标间隙下获取到的实际间隙得到长定子的一致性测试结果,一致性测试结果为合格或不合格;当一致性测试结果为不合格,基于实际间隙对应的线路位置定位当前线路上的异常长定子段。本申请采用无接触测试方式,实现对长定子一致性的测试,并且沿线路进行实际测量,可以精确定位存在问题的异常长定子段,便于修复或替换,保障悬浮系统的稳定运行。
