The invention discloses an approaching navigation system based on images and an aircraft, and relates to the field of digital image processing and the field of aviation. Proximity is one of the most critical flight stages in the running process of a fixed-wing aircraft, in the approaching process of an automatic take-off and landing system based on machine vision, the position of an airport runway needs to be recognized according to an image, and navigation information related to approaching needs to be recognized according to the image. The invention provides an approach navigation system based on an image and an aircraft, which are used for solving the ubiquitous problems of poorer algorithm real-time performance and higher computing power demand in the prior art when an image is used for identifying a runway position and outputting approach navigation information. The approaching navigation system based on the image comprises an image acquisition device and an image processing unit, and is characterized in that the system uses a machine learning model to receive aircraft forward outboard visual angle image input, identifies a runway in the image and outputs aircraft landing guide information at the same time.
